Inbound recruitment is a long-term strategy and an ongoing process. That's why we don't just start a project; we follow a focused step-by-step plan.

Phase 1: Kick-off workshops

During the kick-off workshop, we aim to learn as much as possible about your company. In this session, we will jointly determine:

  • what we want to achieve together with inbound recruitment;

Phase 2: Content mapping

After that, it's important to collaboratively determine the direction for the initial campaigns.
