These new HubSpot features are based on valuable customer feedback and are intended to make the user experience even easier and better. (Featured) Update 1: Improvements to the Leads Tool

New updates to Leads are one of HubSpot's most notable innovations in recent times. The Leads tool continues to grow and now offers some great new features. In the video below, Teun walks you through four key updates that launched in September:

  • Colored lead tags: Easily color code your leads for better organization and quick identification. This helps your sales team prioritize and quickly understand the status of different leads.

  • Lead pipeline rules: This feature allows you to set specific rules for the flow of your leads in the pipeline. For example, this allows you to automatically assign leads to team members or set specific actions based on the status of the lead.

  • Multiple lead pipelines: Manage multiple lead processes simultaneously, allowing you more flexibility to respond to different markets or product lines. This helps you organize and track leads more efficiently.

  • Lead summary: This feature provides an overview of all interactions with your leads in one central place. This makes it easier to analyze lead behavior and plan targeted follow-ups.

Update 2: Set SLA by customer group

HubSpot update_slaWith the new ability to set conditional SLAs, you can configure custom SLAs for different customer groups. This means you can set different response times based on priority or customer type. This helps you handle service requests more efficiently and increase customer satisfaction.

Update 3: New form editor with 'Conditional Logic'.

HubSpot update form editorThe form editor has been improved with a new user interface and the addition of 'conditional logic'. This feature allows fields in forms to be dynamically adjusted based on previous responses. This results in more personalized and targeted interactions, increasing the likelihood of conversion.

Update 4: New video remixing feature

With the Video Remixing tool, you can easily turn existing videos into short clips for different marketing channels, such as social media or blogs. Thanks to AI technology, you can create attractive content quickly and without complicated video editing. This saves time and costs and increases your marketing reach. Update 5: Monitor the size of your marketing emails

HubSpot_update_email_sizeWith this feature, you can view the estimated size of your marketing emails while designing them. If your email is at risk of exceeding 102 KB, you'll receive a warning. This helps prevent your email from being clipped by providers like Gmail, which can result in lost information and decreased engagement with your recipients.

Update 6: Smart CTAs now available
