These new HubSpot features are based on valuable customer feedback and are designed to make the user experience even easier and better. Every month, Bright brings you up to date on the latest HubSpot updates. Here are the most important updates of the month of October!

(Featured) Update 1: Spot on forecasting with AI forecasting

HubSpot's new AI forecasting tool gives Sales Managers sharper insight into sales forecasts. Based on your historical sales data, the tool gives you an estimate of expected sales for that month from day one. The AI calculates this using previous sales data, giving you immediate insight and, if necessary, immediate adjustments. Watch Teun's video about this interesting update!

Update 2: Video subtitling by a new AI feature

Update_AI_video_subtitlesFrom now on you can super easily (with AI) add subtitles to your videos. This will make your video more accessible, improve the viewing experience and go international instantly! The tool automatically creates subtitles in the original language and translates them into 31 languages.

Update 3: Event data available in reports

Update_events_data_reporting-1From now on, you can create better reports of your organized events. That's because you can easily integrate event data into HubSpot's custom report builder. This allows you to better analyze and report on the performance and engagement of your events.

To create reports in HubSpot's custom report builder, start by choosing a primary data source, such as "Marketing event participations" or "Marketing event analytics. Then you can combine this data with information about marketing events, contacts and other relevant data. This gives you more insight and allows for detailed analysis, such as participation rates and registrations. It's important to select the right sources to avoid data conflicts.

Update 4: Split tickets in the Help Desk

This update makes it easier to handle reopened tickets or tickets with multiple issues. If a customer contacts you again after closing a ticket with a different question, you can now split the ticket. Colleague Teun explains how to do this in the video.

Update 5: AI suggestions for data entry in CRM

Update_data_entry_suggestions-1With the new data entry suggestions, you can now enter data more easily without too much manual work. AI analyzes your notes and makes smart suggestions to fill in fields automatically. You decide whether to accept or reject the suggestions.

Update 6: Easily re-enroll unsubscribers

Have your CRM contacts previously unsubscribed from your marketing emails? From now on, when they resubmit a form linked to a subscription type, they will be automatically re-subscribed without any intermediate steps and hassles. Update 7: Adding sequences to campaigns

By adding sequences to campaigns, you can see in one view how both sales and marketing actions contribute to the success of a campaign. How it works. Go to 'Campaigns', create a new campaign or choose an existing campaign. Click on 'Add assets', select 'Sequences' and add them.
