On Monday, September 4 2023, four colleagues and myself embarked on our journey to Boston for HubSpot Inbound 2023. Ellen, Erik, Levi, Twan and I were ready to dive into the world of AI and all the other HubSpot updates that were about to be shared at the conference.
Before delving into the serious work, we decided to kick off Monday evening with some group relaxation. We enjoyed the famous lobster roll and some local beers while making plans for the upcoming days. In this blog, I'll take you through our experience.
Partner Day
On Tuesday, we attended HubSpot's Partner Day. The highlight of this day - no, the highlight of this week - was HubSpot AI. This groundbreaking tool offers numerous new opportunities for marketing, sales, and customer service teams. Here's an overview of some of the features it has to offer:

HubSpot Highlights
On Wednesday, we attended the official opening of Inbound 2023, where we were inspired by three speakers: Yamini Rangan, the CEO of HubSpot, Andy Pitre, EVP of Product at HubSpot, and Dharmesh Shah, Founder and CTO of HubSpot.
During the HubSpot Spotlights and the opening of Inbound '23, the updates mentioned above were shared with the world. Additionally, insights were shared, including the impact of AI and the potential of generative AI.
Inbound '23: an extraordinary experience

But aside from attending sessions at Inbound 2023, we also explored Boston. And we did it in a typical Dutch way: by bike! With beer and tacos in hand, we savored the sights and the beauty of the city along the way.
