At Bright Digital, quality is paramount. We are therefore constantly developing the knowledge in our teams. We regularly have this knowledge tested by HubSpot in the form of HubSpot Certificates and HubSpot Accreditations. Having previously achieved accreditations for 'Onboarding' and 'Custom Integration', we are proud to announce that our HubSpot team has now also won the 'HubSpot Data Migration' accreditation!
How we achieved the 'HubSpot Data Migration' accreditation
To achieve this accreditation, our HubSpot team had to meet strict criteria beforehand. For example, one of the requirements is that we had at least three certified HubSpot specialists for 11 specific HubSpot certifications.
In addition to these certifications, we had to demonstrate that we had completed at least two separate data migration projects in the past 12 months, using marketplace apps, APIs or other custom solutions. In fact, experience solely with HubSpot-native import tools is not sufficient for this accreditation.
We also had to demonstrate experience with:
-
Other leading CRM systems such as Dynamics or Salesforce,
-
Other marketing automation tooling such as Pardot, ActiveCampaign or Marketo,
- Other help desk systems such as Zendesk, Zoho Desk or Intercom.
The accreditation process consisted of several rounds. In the first round, we selected two different migration projects from the past year, for which we had to submit documentation and a video. In addition, references from the customers involved were contacted for validation.
In the second round, we discussed the complexity of the data migration projects and performed a practical for a fictitious customer.
The third round consisted of a 30-minute interview in which a HubSpot expert asked us questions about our case studies and business documents. After a thorough evaluation by HubSpot's team, we received official confirmation of our accreditation. This means we are now recognized as experts in complex data migrations!
The difference between a HubSpot certificate and accreditation
The difference between a HubSpot Certificate and an Accreditation is that a Certificate is awarded to an individual, while an Accreditation is a formal recognition that indicates that an organization or team has proven experience and successful projects in a particular area. Obtaining accreditation often requires an extensive assessment process, including submission of client references, case studies, and going through several rounds of review.
