Unlike many other pet food companies, Renske Natural Animal Nutrition offers a wide range of nutritional options, with variety and combination being key.

The challenge

Renske Natural Animal Nutrition, a company known for its high-quality pet food and snacks, as a pioneer in online product sales, needed an integrated solution to manage their growing online presence. With a team of 18 employees and a focus on premium natural pet foods, Renske sought a system that could bring together sales, marketing and customer service. The goal was not only to increase online sales but also to build a community around animal nutrition, with knowledge sharing at its core.

Our approach

The collaboration between Renske and Bright Digital began in 2019 with the implementation of HubSpot CRM, CMS, Marketing Hub and Sales Hub. We designed and developed a new website in HubSpot CMS and ensured that all customer information was centralized in one system. This system allowed sales, marketing and customer service staff to collaborate efficiently and find customer information easily.

We also introduced Inbound Marketing, with a Bright Digital specialist visiting the office weekly to show the team how to use HubSpot and optimize marketing activities. Our focus was on SEO and creating high-quality content to establish Renske's online authority.

We developed unique campaign assets such as the nutrition calculator, which helps users determine the right amount of food for their pets, and an interactive point of sale module, which allows customers to easily find the nearest outlets. Furthermore, we implemented tasting boxes as inbound offerings, which were very successful in attracting new customers.

The Result

The collaboration with Bright Digital led to impressive results for Renske Natural Animal Nutrition. Website traffic increased exponentially, from 91,000 visitors in 2020 to more than 880,000 visitors in 2023. More than 50% of the traffic came in organically, reinforcing Renske's position as an authority in the industry. Technical optimizations and continuous SEO improvements ensured a better user experience and higher rankings in search engines. The transparent communication and strategic partnership between Renske and Bright Digital contributed to these successes, with both parties continuing to work on further optimizations and growth.
